Heard a rumor TLCA was going off to build a new web site is this true and where would we find it ?

Found it , but why do we need another web site to go to when we already have one here ? It looks like it is offering up the same information as we get here in Mud what could be diffrent.
It is not a new site. We added vBulletin to the existing official TLCA site about 6 or 8 months ago. It provides some capability that we did not have before. I am sure now that Justin has taken over as our new President he can disseminate the official word about it.
TLCA.org does NOT offer the same information as here. It is the official site for the Toyota Land Cruiser Association.

Not the same information, and in fact, it's a way for us to GREATLY reduce the emails, and many more of our Board can access the TLCA forum while at work, etc, etc, etc. The TLCA forum is in NO WAY trying to compete with, or take the place of, mud. It is for the purposes of conducting TLCA business, in a manner that all board members can have access to.
Simply a better, more effecient way of communicating TLCA business to the majority of our board, without the (sometimes) multitude of emails.
It is for TLCA board memberes and Officers. Membership can also use it as a way of getting information to, or questions resolved by, the board, or appropriate parties.
AGAIN: IN NO WAY are we attemping to supplant, or usurp or malign, or denigrate, or take way from, or any other adjective one might choose to use, away from 'mud.
Most of us will still use 'mud, but some of our board can't do so. That is all there is to it, nothing more.
