For 285/65R18, I would put 40 to 44psi.
I didn't know anyone made an ISO-Metric 285/65R18 tire - who makes it? What is the Load Index for that tire?
Inquiring minds need to know.
TIA

Great forumn and information here. I can't seem to find the recommended tire pressure for p-metric toyo tire for 2011 LX 570.
Thank you in advance for any feedback.
PSI Advice - New here and would like to know recommended tire pressure for p metric 285/55/20 Toyo At2 tires.
Thank you in advance!
Thanks, they came back with 31 psi? Lexus dealership had 36 psi for the Michelin Latitude HP's that we replaced. Tire shop has the tires at 38 psi. I was thinking 33 psi cold and when it heats up 36 psi give or take?I have no Load/Inflation Table information for the P285/55R20 114T SL Toyo Open Country A/TII tires.
My best recommendation would be to use the same pressure as the stock 33psi RCTIP for the P285/50R20.
I would also try contacting Toyo Tires directly to see if they can provide you with the RCTIP (Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure) for their P285/55R20 tire that would yield a Load Limit of >2315 lbs. (Link to their contact form: Consumer Relations contact form)
Sorry I can't provide a more definitive answer.

Thanks again!
Yes, 33psi cold (That what RCTIP - Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure means) was my recommendation.

What (may I ask?) is the recommended pressure for an LC200 running 285/65/R18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT ? I have them at 37psi and they feel squishy on the road....real nice ride though! lol
Cooper doesn't make an ISO-Metric 285/65R18 Discoverer AT3 XLT.
Cooper does, however, make an LT-Metric LT285/65R18 125/122S Load Range E AT3 XLT. Is that the tire you have?
If so, the Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for the Cooper LT285/65R18 125/122S Load Range E AT3 XLT tires on your LC200 is 42psi Front/Rear.
So yes, at 37psi you are underinflated.

I have those same tires. Would this the be the same pressure recommendation for a 2008 LC200? Does that recommendation change if I’m towing a travel trailer with about 600-700 lbs of tongue weight added?Yes, sir!
The RCTIP for the Nitto Ridge Grappler ISO-Metric (Reinforced) 285/70R17 116Q tires on your 2013 LC200 is 38psi F/R.

I wanted to give a shout out of thanks to Gaijin. I adjusted my tires up to the RCTIP and am amazed at how much better the ride and handling are. Thank you!
Cold tire inflation for Wildpeak AT3W in a 275/65/18?
Thanks in advance!
Please confirm whether you do indeed mean the ISO-Metric 275/65R18 SL 116T or the LT-Metric LT275/65R18 Load Range E 123/120S.
I also need to know whether you are putting these on a LC200 or LX570.
Waiting...
I am going to say LT as there is no 'P' before the numbering.
275/65R18 116T
These are on LC200.
And... you would be wrong. What you have is the ISO-Metric 275/65R18 SL (Standard Load) 116T tire for which the RCTIP (Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure) on your LC200 is 33psi Front/Rear.

Most folks start at around half of street pressure and adjust from there. If you're doing mid speed long distance off-road (white rim), maybe start a little higher, as you can always let pressure out.hiya folks,
plan to purchase new set of AT tires for LX570. The goal is to use stock 20"rims. Looking for info re. lowest (safety) pressure I can run on Wildpeak A/T3W 275/60/20_non LT or LT285/55/20- just wonder what is the best setup for rocky terrain (plan is White Rim and Elephant Hill in Canyonlands).
Is 18psi OK or risky for this tires? O know it is not the best tire for rocks - but need snowflake sign on it.
