This week I just received part numbers 89231-600222 (Tilt) and 89232-60022 (Telescopic) motors for my 99 model LX470. I’ve read the following threads.
My wheel is currently inoperable in the full tilt up and retracted out of the way.
Would it be best to 1st replace the tilt motor, using the motor out of the box, in the tilted up position and then replace the telescopic motor 2nd?
I will disconnect the battery before I start so the ECU will reset any DTCs.
Any advice before I start will be greatly appreciated.
