I'm fairly new to the 70 series world. That said, they are pretty much like a blend of the 40 and 60 series of which i have a lot of experience.

This list should grow a lot since Im now bringing these in from Saudi.

But first, my first 70....

My best friend @Kaderabek bought this one from
Jeori. Europe import. 1HZ Diesel. H55.

We added a locker, lift, 34s and bumpers.

Now follow along here......

He traded this thing even for an FJ40 that I built and sold to @shellb.....

@shellb figured out quick this thing is not made for living at 6000' and sold it to @desmocruiser

And by chance I have @desmocruiser 's 40 here for an engine replacement

Follow?

Saudi 75.

This is the first 70 series and second Saudi import

The buyer here is local and I was able to build it with no expense spared

Its now with @DrRock and he has taken it to the next level

The next build was a short 70 I imported for myself.

I had a blast building and wheeling this thing.

My thoughts on this versus a 40 is that the only thing a 40 is better at is looks. Everything else the 70 is lightyears better

The container mate for my shorty was a nice 75 for my buddy Brendan who I had built a near perfect 40 for.

Again this was another full court press build. We copied a lot from the first 75 then took it up a notch or two...

The second shorty I imported was a very low km, very nice truck. I brought it in and it was supposedly sold to a guy Ive done business with in the past. He flaked so i decided to just start building it and someone would come along.

They did. Its been back once for additonal love and now its home and happy.
