Thule mounts lock Thule crossbars onto your factory roof rails. Lockable, but lock cores not included. Set of four. I'll sell the crossbars too, but the crossbars are in poor shape and will increase shipping cost substantially.
Cover removed in bottom 2 pics to show mechanism.
