Ok, I just received my FJ45 Troopy that I purchased recently and am a total newb. I pull out the choke/throttle pull to start it and then should the knob go halfway back in for driving? Thanks!

Thx. 2F. It is dying when I put it back in. Needs to warm up more?

Thanks, Brian. Is that hard to do? I'm sure that is a bombshell of a question.....

Never mind. Read some stuff here and online and will check the hoses tomorrow.

For a cold start, I’d let it run on choke for a minute or two, depending on how cold it is outside. Then, slowly push it all the way in while gently kissing her on the lips. Oh wait.

doesnt matter those need warmed up to, and some of them like a hard choking as well

I'll try to whisper sweet nothings in her ear to see if I can smooth out her choking issues . From what I've read the vacuum leak can also affect the windshield wipers (which aren't working either) in addition to engine mpg. Anything else?
