Did you mention what rims those are? I must have missed it going back through your thread.

Black rhino arsenal wheels.

Been a while since I posted but slowly trying to get all the wiring done. Got the front end finished and put back together. Made a custom grill and I think it fits with the over all look. Really like the JW speaker lights. Thinking of painting the front signal light casing black instead of the plastic grey to flow with the rest of the black accents.

Installed the atlas transfer case . Had to clock it a bit to make it fit but was overall pretty straight forward. Looking forward to building my rear axel but still haven’t decided what to build yet!

I bent some aluminum in order to make the tranny cover mate up to the one I hacked from aqualu. Over all happy with the centre console except the engine warning lights which will be wirred into the digital dash . Just there temporary for when I turn engine over and have some slick push button to replace for transmission functions. Ignition is a push button system from flamming river. Was a pain in the ass to wire but all seems to be functioning properly. All my switches for accessories are ran through the garmin which saved me a ton of space that rocker switches would take up

Forget if you are putting the hard top on or not. Are the console, instrument cluster, radio water proof?

Hard top is going on. Have extended everything but the roof. Going to start that this week once everything is fitted. All the sensitive electronics have been ran to the glove box which I sealed with breather vents at bottom. The digital dash and garmin screen both come sealed and weather resistant and all my connections if not water tight from factory where made with Deutsch connectors.

Got the hood on and all the front end lined up. Had to slot a few of the holes out to make the linex work but body is pretty dame straight. Fired the engine today to circulate all the fluids. Few engine lights on but I don’t have all the sensors plugged in yet. Waiting on air box so I can finish the intake.

I had to extend the gutter rail section 18 inches with another section of an old roof and try to match the curve. I riveted some sheet metal to help form and then added 3 layers of fibreglass to the inside seams. Had to build up slightly with fibreglass on the top to match as well but it turned out pretty good. Ended up filling the gutter rails with self level resin to seal everything off. Roof is extremely strong now! Does anyone have any ideas on great looking roof rack legs for the gutters?

I love Fernie. I come up from Montana every summer to ride the bike park and camp in the provincial park.
