Well When I got home from being away this weekend someone keyed the whole side of the 80
The pictures only show half of the scratches
The scratches are all down to the metal
Kind of sucky
Now at least I can paint the 80 what ever color I want to.

I can't find the article right now, but there was a story out of Dallas a few years ago where this dudes Hummer kept getting keyed, by the 'serial' keyer guy up that way. They nailed him after he put camera's in his H2.

If I remember correctly, it was at a hospital or Dr's office or something and the guy had a beef with Dr.s

With all the prison over crowding and such, I suggest we just cut their hands off, maybe one finger for the first offense...
but do it with one of my rusty hack saws..

That happened to me at the Jersey shore a few years ago. Luckily wax and elbows took it out. Yours looks a tad bit deeper tho.

They are deep
Deep enough that the paint is chipping off in a bunch of spots

You find him, we got some crab beds down to the gulf where a rottin' piece of meat would never be found.... Just sayin'.

nothing a little chain link fence and some coat hangers couldn't take care of.

;)

Or cement shoes!!! But sorry to hear about this. That sucks when people have no respect or are jealous of other peoples stuff and act out this way.

What chick did you piss off?

I vote for this!

Sorry to see that Roger. :(

I hope you catch the Ahole and teach him a lesson.

I lived in France for a number of years, and it is such a typical thing to see...nice rig = some envious A-Hole key scratching. Still pisses me off to see this kind of crap happening.

On the bright side, I think your rig is now the perfect candidate for U-Pol, Durabak, or whatever your favorite liner covering the whole thing top-to-bottom. No more trail pinstriping, resists dents, and the jerks can try and scratch it all they like. Just don't go with avacado green, as Nay has that one covered ...and red seems to fade to pink over time! Plenty of other colors out there to choose from indeed.

About a year ago, some a-hole hit my neighborhood and spray painted on over a dozen cars. My cruiser was a victim. I ended up spending the entire day using solvent to remove the spray paint.

But dang, getting keyed is worse. That sucks.

That sucks. I've had multiple keyings. I've had my truck spray-painted. My favorite by far was the time somebody unclutched my winch, unspooled about twenty-five feet of cable, pulled it under the truck and attached it to the front axle of the car parked behind me. Fortunately, I saw the cable and fixed the problem before I drove off.

Ugh. That bites.
It's hard to understand why these low-lifes do stuff like this. Really, I almost can understand crack/meth-heads stealing catlytic converters to feed their addiction (I buy into the 'addiction is a disease' thing) --but keying a car does nothing for anyone, it's just mindless destruction.

Sorry to see this happened to you - I guess the upside is you can pick a color that's a snap to match after getting "pinstripes" out wheeling in the brush.

I got to say, I don't mind my 80 being black (some guys don't like black here, for whatever reason) - if I need to paint a section it's a snap - black is black, and they have tons of cans of it at any hardware store.

Dicks. I live in Church Hill and put a motion sensing camera on my front porch to keep an eye on things when I'm away. Lost two deliveries in the fall, which prompted me to install it. I'd love to catch some a****** messing with my car.
