    This has become REALLY popular among the 'tote the note' dealers (whoever said that here, Thanks :D ).

    Basically, if you miss your car payment, you car won't start. They also sell you on it so if your call is stolen, it has a GPS like a lojack. Personally, I don't want my shady ass car salesman to be able to track my every driving move. But then again I'd get a 300 dollar car before I paid 150% interest at a "high mileage vehicle specialist." Or worse, pay by the week.

    One dealer here said his on time accounts increaed from 85 to 96 percent when he put it on every car he had a lien on.

    Personally, I think it's evil. IT just seems so extreme. Punish a person with questionible credit they same way you punish a DUI.

    But at the same time, these people signed the contract that allows it because they love their new piece of s*** car. :rolleyes:
