Why not get this started

The first ones always get flammed but in keeping with the Asian Tribute.

As you can see I have this Red Dot theme thing going.

Buckeye Toy Wheelers

This is starting to get redundant. We just need to set up a spreadsheet that can combine the following words, then pick what sounds best:
Ohio Buckeye
Toy Toys Toyota Nippon Asian RisingSun
trail trailriders 4wheelers 4x4s wheelers LowRangers

Yadda, yadda...

There's gotta be an algorithm program for this...

Gary--since your the computer grad. student, a nice project might be to come up with a permutation program/algorithm program to come up with all of the possible name combinations with the words people provide. Jim and Matt have given us a good start.

Maybe we should just be: Buckeye Jeep and Hummer Rescue Collective!

Oh yeah, I have no good ideas. :flipoff2:

Here's what I came up with:

Ohio-Valley Toyota Syndicate
OhioYota
Great Seal Yota Owners
Ohio Toyota Regulators
ToyOhio
ToyoOhio
Ohio Valley Toyota Owner's Club

Like Jim said, can get redundant

National Ohio Japanese Equipped and Engineered Personel Sedans.

Okay,

I'll start pluggin' the choices post up here in the name list for a URL and see what's available.

Looks like we have as many suggestions as we will get.

Name of club

I vote for Jim's suggestion

Toyota Trailriders of Ohio

my 2 cents

Oh ya it me Jason the (former) MOLC Money Man

And i do think we should use Deans Picture of him in a thong on our website as discussed at the meeting.

EyeBuck Toys
off highway eyebucks
break it before it rusts

Its starts like this that got us to Rice on the Rocks

Well, I can make all those work for a URL. We just need to decide. I like hashing this out and thanks Paul for postin' up, it was mentioned once or twice that "Rice on the Rocks" was already taken ;)

Does anybody think "Trailriders" might create some confusion
with the Ohio Trailrides club?

just a thought

Otherwise I vote for Toyota Trailrides of Ohio '''TTO"

There's a few clubs out there in this state already using simililiar. I doubt it will even be a problem. They include 4x4 in theirs.

I second that one myself. I like it.

Just checked on some potential domains and here are a few

www.toyotatrailriders.com is taken by another TLCA chapter?

toyotatrailriders.net/.org is available.

TTO.Com/Org/Net are all taken

TTRO.NET is available. (.Com) taken and so is .Org

Search Results:

toyotatrailridersofohio.com is available.
toyotatrailridersofohio.net is available.
toyotatrailridersofohio.org is available.
ttro.net is available.
toyotatrailriders.net is available.
toyotatrailriders.org is available.

I like a .org as a domain name suffix...that way, if we ever become a non-profit in the future, we already have the domain suffix.

Any on the list you have Mark is cool...

TTRO.NET seems pretty cool....but I like the ones with the entire name in it too...tough choices.

Thanks a bunch.

True. We could always just keep it FOR profit and spend the money on the club, that way, we don't have to do the lengthy 503C declaration. Did that once for Central Ohio Mountain Bike Org a few years back when I was the Prez...what a PITA

I vote for ttro.net, simple easy to type and tell people.

If you don't want this speak up so we can keep moving.
