Either I saw this truck in Franklin, TN this week, or you have a twin?
You saw me in Franklin. Just moved back home after 10 years in TX. You may see me in my 100 series as well.

Ordered the HE center caps and lugs.
I got some of these lugs as well, but havent installed yet. Just curious, do you use silk handkerchief when installing/removing these? 🤣
My cheap black ebay lugs rusted out where the socket contacted the lug.

I don’t know, I got the TRD black lug nuts for a Tundra. Nowhere near as nice and high quality as those on a Heritage Edition. :)

Ha! That’s why I bought the Toyota HE lugs. I wanted them to last longer than EBay lugs.

My right passenger rear Window door belt molding rubber started to tear. Went ahead and replaced door belt moldings on all 4 doors. McGeorge Toyota Online was the best price I could find. Roughly $160 for all 4 moldings delivered.

I want to replace my 2010 LX570 chrome belt moldings (my back right one got bent somehow) with black ones. Are these the right ones for the LX570? Is it pretty straight forward to pop them out and replace them?

225k Miles and going strong!

5k oil change today (M1 Synthetic/TRD Filter)

Toyota Air Filter

50k coolant change (Toyota Super Long Life)

Haven’t gotten to the shocks and struts yet. Glad that I didn’t. Just discovered on another Mud posting the availability of OEM spacers for the Front.

My 2010 sits a bit low in the front compared to some of the newer 200 series. This should help level out the overall stance on my rig.

Will be sure to measure before and after. Will let everyone know how it turns out.

No issues at all

New shoes on the Mall Crusher. BF KO2’s in 275/70/18. Previously running 275/65/18.

Really like the look and stance this 33” tire gives running factory suspension and OEM front spacers.

Oil/filter change, air filter change, and new PCV/hose. Converted over to 5W-30 as well and changed the oil cap. I can already tell at start up a big difference in how this oil quiets the 5.7 down.

Just hit 260k and time to catch up on a few maintenance items and updates I wanted to do on our 2010.

1. Denso Iridium Spark Plugs (bought from Rock Auto)
2. Denso Coil Packs (bought from Rock Auto)
3. OEM Valve Covers Gaskets and Tube Seals (was done around 120k, but developed a slight weep again)
3. PS Fluid Change with Mobil 1 DTE Light
4. New PS OEM Hose and Clips (Reservoir to Pump)
5. New OEM PS Pressure Tube Assembly (my original was weeping slightly)

Thanks to @BigMF for the parts list for valve covers

Scored a great deal from Serra Toyota for OEM parts on Black Friday

Scored a great deal on a Rhino Pioneer Platform (84x49) and Rhino Backbone Rails. Been leaning towards this exact setup since I saw it @TN LX570

Appreciate @mceagle555 walking me through the process for the 200 series. I was a bit nervous hearing a few horror stories on these installs. It wasn’t too bad. Just took my time and had no issues.

Platform goes on tommorow!

Drain and refill on the transmission today. 2.8 quarts drained out of the pan. Replaced with 2.8 quarts of Toyota WS and new gasket for drain plug and new o-ring for fill plug.

I am at 260k. I did a full transmission fluid exchange (12 quarts Toyota WS) when I purchased my 200 at 172k. A drain and refill every 30k is the plan for now.
