i have only passed out once after i sliced my self good and saw jets of blood coming out had a dream that seemed to go on for an hour but i was only out for 20 seconds or so, such a strange feeling

First thing the boss says to me this morning is "because I like you so much your getting another hour
on a different route" Followed by " I'm forcing you to work Saturday".
I get 8 Saturdays a year off and he wants me to work so my sub can have the day off
to work on his "other career". Needless to say I wasn't my normal bubbly self today.

X2. basically fought with everyone all day even though I woke up in a good mood. Must have been a full moon.
Got my F-ing car back. $1950. then the mechanic asked me for a tip cuz of some other things he did that he never told me about. $2K was my cut off so I threw him $50. Then I notice the fan is loose. He says he didn't notice it and I likely need a new water pump or a fan clutch. he then says all the hoses will have to be replaced soon at $60 each for parts. THEN he tells me my radiator is hurting and will need to replace all of this in the next couple months. This is all after told him I would junk it if it was more than $2K. Gonna end up being $4K in repairs by the time I'm done with absolutely everything that needs fixing. Motherf-er. Should have know when the guy told me he went to Harvard but had no teeth.

My youngest daughter went back to school in Maryland on Saturday. My oldest daughter left for a semester abroad (in Spain) yesterday. That leaves me at home "empty-nesting it" with a wife who needs grief counseling due to one of her daughters being 4,000 miles away for 5 months.

MY daughter informed me that she is scheduled to graduate in 2011. I mention that that means another year at living at home. She replies"that's OK". We have to be doing something wrong!

I'd rather not go into details, just not a good one.
I followed this by caving and eating McDonalds for dinner (grilled chicken sammy, no mayo, small FF, diet coke) Not the worst thing given I had a lot of points left over for dinner--used less then half of my daily allowance before that--but it still felt like cheating.
I feel like Eeyore... insert big sigh here.
So Lane, is the rumored no-more-Saturday-deliveries a good thing or a bad thing for you?

I heard they might not deliver on Tuesdays since statistically it's the lightest delivery day of the week
I'd love to have weekends off like normal people, but they are talking Tuesday. Most of my business
customers think that's stupid since most are open Tuesday and closed on Saturday.
But management isn't known for making good decisions.
Little info, the board of directors also has members who are on the board of UPS (they get paid there). Does it make sense to have the competition making business decisions for you?
Day 3 of suck having a glow plug stuck in the head of my Ford and having it in the bay at a buddies shop. Oh yea, and the parts that I need to make it at least semi run are now a day late... :bigbagofsuck:

ok, I tracked my entire day and McD's included I'm at 29 points (I get 44 per day). So I can stop beating myself up over it.

Totally.
I really didn't need to freak out about that yesterday, I think it was my bad day talking... I made way to big a deal over it, I was under my points yesterday but a good chunk, so no worries, and so far no "ill effects" from my trip under the golden arches.
