What is the 0-60 time of my new LandCruiser.

As a bit of a speed freak, I find this humorous.
Will be interesting to see how/if carb rebuild and desmog affect.

Don't get me wrong, I never expected quick and I know what the truck is. But still, it's just funny...

I thought you were talking about your love life ...

:D:D

ikidikid.

I think if I tried this mine would blow the hell up

Mine takes about 25 sec. to 100 km.... should do better soon :)

Obviously you need more performance company stickers. 50,000 ghettodyno's can't be wrong. I understand the GReddy and "Type R" stickers are the most powerful.

it's all about NOS stickers and huge spoilers. when it comes to spoilers I think it's every inch=5-10 horsepower. something like that anyway.

:D I'm going to need to figure this out sometime myself. old 3.7s in the diffs and rubber 35s don't make for the best get up and go. especially with a motor mount still broken, I'm more likely to have my engine jump out of the hood than to have a decent 0-60 time. I guess I'll wait until I fix my decrepit 60

I dont know about the time to get to 60 but I know it takes a 1/4 mile to get to 60.

In all seriousness I need to time my 0-60, see if all the money in my cruiser did anything!

I doubt it though! haha

I'll post back here with results :D

I've always said,"0 to 60 a little faster than a VW"

i had an old 68 beetle tha you couldnt touch from stop light to stop light and would shoot right to and over 60mph pretty fast, used to beat the little hondas and it was nothing special. lol

Never tried it with the old motor and would be worried to break things with the new motor.

i bet my current 60 project will do it in under 8 seconds. if it does'nt kick the drive-shaft out first. LOL

Are we talking a landcruiser will it be auto or mannual trans are you going to keep the TC on it and Toyo rear end.
If so I may wager on a major mechanical catastrophy.
