    BUT ITS A HEEP..............

Kinda sweet though, has the big huricane motor, 1 owner and minimal rust and dents...

Runs and drives awesome, not a fast machine though...

$1500.00..........prolly worth it, but I have no idea what the market is like for these rigs...

I bet with a bit of money thrown at it, something like that is worth a bundle to the right person

the current issue of 4x4 builder has one like this where the owner used a wrecked Cherokee's drivetrain and interior to update it. Awesome results, a really neat daily driver. Check it out!

Cherokee or Waggoneer drivetrains are nice in those.

Might be worth more with the Hurricane motor.

Throw some paint on it and triple your money.

At that price, running, that's a sweet toy, and might turn into some $$$ later on if you clean it up a bit.

    here they are.

I love the rig, but I have a 40 in resto stages at the moment...would make for a perfect hunting rig, all you would need to do is take a power washer to it, I doubt it has ever been cleaned...motor would shine up like new...

OH, it had trash/news papers on the passenger floor from the late 60's

Thing fired right up........idled a lttle rough at first, but when it warmed, it ran smooth......

I have looked at 40's completely rusted out for 5K.....

Don't care if it's a &eep or not - still nice. And fantastic condition given your description.

    ???

It's a Willys - does that predate the dreaded &eep misnomer? When people say 'nice &eep' you get to say it's not a &eep - it's a Willys

Wonder if this is the same as finding a coveted FJ45?? I ask - because at $1500 it sounds like such a steal.

I think its a huge steal.........He was asking 2200 at first, his wife called me and said if you want it for 15 come and get it......

you can basically drive it home or hook up the tow bar to your rig and go....!!.....:)
