Hi, 6 months and no real answer? Mike
No, I have got many emails, they are answered quite well, but sometimes it is took week or two to get answer. They are shipping this at September, after summer holiday season (this month in the Middle/South Europe).

Was just corresponding with @fjc-man about this topic. Here was my status....

The whole thing is a bit disappointing at this time. I've been in the queue for more than 6 months and I've gotten varying time limes for delivery dating back to July. First it was...we were out on vacation...then we were focusing on our own refurbs....now we are trying to be a preferred vendor for toyota classic and it has required lots of work. All of these may be true but each delivery promise and subsequent failure has shaken my confidence. The current promise is "ready at the end of October"...
which is of course upon us. We'll see.

I got mine about week ago. Looks good to me. All screw holes for hard top and holes for the rear mounting bolts missing, but I knew that. Made of 1.5 mm thick electroplated sheet metal.

I think this is supposed to mount a little different way than the original rear quarters, this have a lip with 90° angle, original is straight and spot welded to the B-pillar lip. I think I’ll cut the B-pillar lip and weld it over, then weld the tub to them.

I got free mounting kit (bolts/rubber blocks) for the tub because of the delay.

I am happy about the end result, just took time quite much more than promised.
