We've decided to sell our Tepui tent. Purchased in June from REI. We are a family of 4 (5 year old and a 1 year old) and its much easier for the kids to get in and out of our ARB awning room. The photo attached was from last weekend in Pioneertown.

No rips, tears, or smells.
Never put away wet. Zero mold or any water damage
mattress still perfect with no stains or anything


Price is firm, but I'm open to maybe a few trades for things I was planning on picking up down the road.
