Temperature control only works when I put it on 3rd position close to high

Hi guys,
Im trying to figure out how I can fix this issue.
Currently, my temperature controller works ONLY when I put the know on the 3rd position (see below)
Is this somthing I need to replace? if so, what part do I need to replace.

Bad resistor would be my guess.

your resistor is usually the problem, cheap part. I have to replace mine.

12 volt or 24 volt system? Pretty sure they have different part numbers for the resistors, you’re best off using your frame number to look up the correct part number before ordering.

I'll add to the other comments saying it's your resistor. I had the same thing happen to mine. It's a cheap part and very easy to replace yourself.
