were to put temp bulb for after market mech gauge. mine is in head behind heater valve is this best place for it.

good question I am having one heck of a time attempting to get my factory gauge to work, needless to say I now could possibly hook up 3 since I bought a mechanical one, and an eletric one and still can't get the factory one to work

Considering it's
a. the shortest distance in terms of clean wiring in the engine bay, AND
b. the furthest from the radiator you can get in the head...
I think it is a good spot. That's where mine is hooked up too.
