Anyone headed to Tellico in May with an 80?

I assume you are talking about GSMTR. I will be there. A buddy of mine will also be taking his 80. PM me if you want to meet up somewhere.

Thanks,
Darren

I'll me there.

Ill be there but i am bringing my 60. There are a hand full of 80s that are coming up from florida.....Ale's said he was gonna try and make it in his exo'd 80.

Yes GSMTR, sorry a I was bit unclear. The event looks as it is most of the week. Does anyone have a schedule of events etc. When are most headed to the event? Would definitely meet up depending on schedule. Anyone know which trails are scheduled on the primary runs? Curious primarily what level of rigs will be participating? 40 series with 44's? Unlocked 80 series with 285's? Probably not 80's tech, but I am sure it will be discussed in depth at the event, my apologies.

There are no scheduled runs, you can go and wheel when you want and come back to camp, or just keep wheeling thru the night. There are a few events that go on during GSMTR. if you make it up to the top of hellicopter pad you get a free lunch at the top, raffles, dinners, music, etc etc. Normally some 150 people show for the event, just locate a truck with a simlar set up as yours. There is an acsess road at the top of lower 2 that every one hangs out at. You can watch all the trucks try to climb the hardest part of the trail there. Last time I went up that trail there must have been 40 people at the top just hanging out waiting for people to hit the final blow that trail gives you " jaws". The truck in front of me poped a longfield, I destroyed a drive shafted and zonked some steering parts, the truck behind me had the springs ripped from his frame while getting winched over it.

You are more than welcome to come hang out with us at camp, If you get there on saturday we will be ridding the lesser trails to warm up and you are more than welcome to join us... Look for the dented, lifted 60 painted like a block of velveeta.
