There are no scheduled runs, you can go and wheel when you want and come back to camp, or just keep wheeling thru the night. There are a few events that go on during GSMTR. if you make it up to the top of hellicopter pad you get a free lunch at the top, raffles, dinners, music, etc etc. Normally some 150 people show for the event, just locate a truck with a simlar set up as yours. There is an acsess road at the top of lower 2 that every one hangs out at. You can watch all the trucks try to climb the hardest part of the trail there. Last time I went up that trail there must have been 40 people at the top just hanging out waiting for people to hit the final blow that trail gives you " jaws". The truck in front of me poped a longfield, I destroyed a drive shafted and zonked some steering parts, the truck behind me had the springs ripped from his frame while getting winched over it.
You are more than welcome to come hang out with us at camp, If you get there on saturday we will be ridding the lesser trails to warm up and you are more than welcome to join us... Look for the dented, lifted 60 painted like a block of velveeta.
