TBI adapters for 2F (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have a list of all the places where I can find TBI Adapter plates for a 2F. I would like to weight my options before buying one or making one. Is there any one in Canada making adapters? Has anyone tried just inverting a 2bbl to 4bbl adapter manifold?

Downey and MAF are about the only two folks making an adapter for the Land Cruiser intake to work with the GM TBI unit...

Mike has not been making/offering those adapters for sale(along with the 420 plates) for quite some time now....
