I need to change the reverse clear lens that is next to the liscense plate in the tailgate. Will removing the 4 bolts in the storage compartment/tool storage area in the tailgate give me access.

Are you referencing the two bulbs in the rear hatch that illuminate the license plate?
If so, each assembly pops out once one of the sides is depressed and unit is pulled it, away from the tailgate. There is a decent illustration in the owner’s manual.

Are you sure you're in the correct section? Seems like you are asking about a GX (120 series).
Tool storage in a 200 is in the lower half of the tailgate, no lights in there at all.

He might be talking about the LX570 which has the reverse lights on the lower hatch

Photo is correct. The clear lenses next to where the License plate goes.
