tacho wiring

Hey dudes.
can anyone tell me which wires are which on the back of my 60 deisel tacho. I think one is an earth, one is power and one is a trigger. Also how do i wire it up so it will work? i have the trigger on the bellhousing from a later model 60. The car has no existing tacho wiring because it never came standard with a tacho.
HELP ME!!
note: i have put the wires on the back of the tacho in no particular order so the colours are all out of order i know.

Yeah i swapped a 5 speed box and belhousing from a later model.

Going from left to right. I am talking about the screws and has nothing to do with the colors. Left-signal, middle- Ignition, right- ground. By the way... are you sure that is a diesel tach?

There are various models of diesel tachs. Some work off the altenator and some off the bellhousing "Hall" sensor. Make sure you have the right one.

i pulled it all out of the same car. so the tach should work with the hall effect cesor.
