Hey guys,
I've got a FJ62 with a 350 and 700-R4 conversion. I've already changed out my voltmeter, water temp, oil pressure, and fuel level gauges and done away with the stock ones. I am trying to figure out how to install the tach and speedometer. Can anybody help or has anybody been in the same situation??? Thanks,
Sebo4wd

You can run the stock tach right off the 350 with a minor mod, resistor inline. Search for a post wagoneer? started on stock tachs. I ran mine with a 200Ohm resistor and it's with in 100RPM at 3000.

i took out the old tach and replaced it with a small aftermarket tach that fits into the stock space (a little tight). all of the other stock gauges were retained and adapted.
