Hi Gang....any of you SP users ever had your head unit "disconnect" itself? Mine is getting power but the buttons simply don't work. I can connect via BT but that doesn't work to activate anything, either.

Anyone know a protocol for "reconnecting" the switches to the main board? I tried unplugging and replugging but no joy. And getting g ahold of those folks seems very, very difficult.

Thanks in advance.

Can't say I know anything specifically about that.

Would recommend trying to unplug the unit power for a few mins to let it reset.

Outside of that, sounds to me like it's damaged. How do you have the unit mounted? Horizontal or vertically? It's possible moisture/water got into the harness and into the board possibly shorting some things out?

Yeah, tried that but no love. Unit is mounted vertically.

I'll report back once I solve it.

The one time I reached out to them, they were very responsive. I had them reflash my software to get an updated feature, and they turned it around unbelievably quickly.
