Ok, so I looked all round for months to find Part# 85440-60160 (24v vacuum solenoid) which I pulled from my truck (I'm currently flipping the vacuum lines to switch bwteen 2wd & 4wd), with no luck at all, and decided to just pickup Part# 88690-89132 (12v magnet valve) from a mini-truck.

I've modified it to be a direct fit just like the 60 guys do. Now I have a 24v to 12v inline reducer that I am going to try with it BUT I though maybe I should get some opinions before I try this tomorrow.

Here is the converter/reducer I ordered:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EFUHFDU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Specs:
DC 24V to DC 12V Step Down Converter. (15-40V Wide Range Input) Max Current 5A 60W

Is this overkill? Not enough amp or watt? Will this work perfectly? Electrical is not my specialty and always makes me a little nervous.

Well if anyone else has this issue you can rest assured it worked perfectly. If anyone has any questions just let me know.

Thanks!
