Here do you guys have your switches in your 60/62's need more ideas on where to put mine??? Pics please and any info

Ive seen people put tem on the front slanted portion of the center console. They look really good there. Can't wait to see what you come up with, I like switches haha.

If there is a stock whole un used, or where It is most convenient. Thats the nice thing about these, its metal and there is lots of room back there so it makes it easy. I will see if I can get some pics, what are the switches for?

My switches are carling switches and they are a bit larger in cap size than most switches and don't fit in the standard holes. I'll have more pics off the switches I have later on tonight when I can pick them up.

I made a ss plate and used the blank spot above the ashtray. Just had to remove the blank covers to get a flush mount.

Oh yah I sw that in your build thread I think, bad ass truck btw
If they are larger and square I would use a die air grinder with a micro cut off wheel to get the hole just right.

They are the normal switch shape just the button cap sizes are longer so they won't press down in the standard spots.

Do you meen they have too much depth too them? Or just different size hole is needed? Just use a uni bit.

To much depth to them

They are the same as the ARB air locker switches and they are too big for the lower part of the dash.

You just pop out the coin holders / blanks and you can fit some extra switches on the centre console, you should also have a spare spot or two on the dash.

Whats up with the parking light switch all by its self? you could use that for another purpose...

I don't have a Landcruiser centre console but the console I have I've already filled those spots.

Do you have that space under the radio? I reckon you could fit about 6 switches across there...

I have a plate where the ashtray used to be, it has a couple of extra switches and the knob to control the rear wiper intermittent cycle time...

I'm thinking about making a plate to go just under the dash but should still be in reach if needed
