So managed break off the actuator off a donor fj62 transfer case, so instead of having a paper weight is there a way to covert it to mechanical shifter or twin sticks?

Just be careful with the description at the beginning of that thread link.
It claims that the whole conversion can be done in just 15 minutes even with the transfer case still in the vehicle.

If your going to the trouble, consider twin sticks. Georg Esterer sells a nice kit. I think it would be miserable, if even possible, to do with the transmission & TC in the vehicle.
