We're looking for someone to help set up a webpage for this event. Any volunteers with experience?

I'm not that experienced, but I can create a page that is linked to the www.capitallandcruiserclub.org site for the swapmeet. How about something like http://www.capitallandcruiserclub.org/OCCswapmeet ???
Do they have a flyer for the swap meet that we can use?

hmmm...I like the idea, but i think the other clubs involved may object. I'll get back to you Ed.

Initially, the swap meet website will be a link off of the OCC website. Forgive me if I speak nonsense, as this isn't my field of expertise, but I was told once the site is completed, copies can be hosted by the individual clubs. Anticipated launch date is April 15th.

Ed4banger,
we can just set up a page on our club site instead of going through the hassle of buying a domain and starting from scratch. this would be the cheapest and easiest solution. There is no real need to buy a domain unless you'd want this swapmeet to be held frequently and regularly by the parties involved.

Ed; just email the details to webmaster@clcc.org. It only takes me a few minutes to make a page.

The details I want are:
* Date
* location
* contact information (email and/or telephone)
