suspention lift for hj60 (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a little lift for my HJ60.
How many inches can I add by using larger Shackles ?
Must I make other adjustments using them ?

I believe 60-62 series lifts are all the same, regardless of diesel or not...

shackles only equal 50% of their length over stock...a 2" overstock shackle = 1" at the axle. Anything over 2" over stock can be unsafe.

I wonder what you mean with unsafe ?
If I use longer ones wil the roadhandeling become unsafe ore wil it damage my LC ?

I'm lookling for a cheap solution because i'm taking the car for one run threu the Sahara and selling it in west afrika.
