I am in the Atlanta area. Are there any other Georgia folks around? Beside the well known, can I get a recommendation on some places that will not break my bank to do a suspension install? I have a guy lined up who installed a lift on a friend's Tahoe...not sure about his LC experience.

Do it yourself. Seriously, with basic hand tools (and assuming you're not dealing with rust) you can do the front and rear in under four hours. If you have a lift, easily less than two hours.
