Have a 200 series LC and looking at spring/strut/shock kits from OME and Ironman but don't want to install myself. If I order online and take to a shop, what shop do you suggest in the Seattle/Eastside area for a fair price? Thanks!

My father-in-law currently lives in Seattle. I'll try to check up on him and ask, just in case he knows any shop near him.
Yeah let me know my Land Cruiser is probably going to need a new frame how I'm going to get that money right now it's which is really hard because of covid-19. Doing Springs on a 60 is really hard you almost need a torch to melt the spring bushings off in order to get the spring bolt out. It's next to Impossible using a sledgehammer to push the spring bolts out of a 60 but dont know on a 200
How bad is the frame? Is it even worth putting a new suspension on? Hate to see you do it twice
