We were talking about being able to see it and then didn't - must've been drinking...to excess...again...

Brent, you were drinking in the wrong place, you should have been with us at the Metal Tech keg and bon fire.:D Someone yelled out and we all saw it go up.

This was my first trip with my 80 and I got really lucky to find the socal80s camp on friday night. It was really cool to hang out. I'm glad the weather held up after that rain on saturday. The food was amazing. I ate better this weekend than I usually do. :p The poker run and then the trip to Pozo were the first real off road experiences I've had since having my 80. I had a blast. I'm really glad I came and got to meet so many great people and hear a lot of cool stories. I took a bunch of pictures I posted on my fb. Hopefully this link works.

Good times as usual!

I missed Brent's cobbler but I did catch him hard at work...

I also found DirtyRiceJoe stuck in a hole...

He was rescued by PKP80...

I can't believe that tiny little hole sucked me in! How embarrassing!!!:o Because of the angles, my Kaymar rear bumper acted just like a Pull-Pal (maybe better, in fact...). Oh well; with a lift, 35's, and a nice, tucked-up Luke's rear bumper it wouldn't have happened! Or, I could have just driven 5 feet to the left... D'oh :o:o:o

OOPS! Forgot to thank Sam for bailing me out!:o:o:o

 Absolutely. Stan and I had fun directing traffic at checkpoint 5. Fun to see ALL the people and trucks as they went by. Fun relaxing weekend. Had a blast.

Ryan - glad we could be your chaperone on your first 'offroad' experience over to Pozo!!
