Sunroof question (1 Viewer)

Hello!

One of my last things to fix on the LC is the damn sunroof. Never went all the way back since I have owned it:

• Tilts up fine, retracts fine.
• Slides back after "dropping" in place, and makes it 1-2". Motor slows as if under heavy load.
• Applied gobs of white lithium, per another thread here that I saw.
• PO applied velcro strip to this aluminum piece.
• Tried to use the flathead screw under the switch panel, does not help or move.

Does this aluminum piece slide back with the glass cassette?
Does anyone know how to remove the glass so I can get a good look around?

Any help is appreciated!

This will help with glass removal. Be careful when removing the plastic trim it will break easily.
