cleanup with water and microfiber cloth, then apply a generous coating of Gummi Pflege Stift and enjoy the lemony scent. Usually once a year after pollen season, and it looks like new.

the tracks in my 99 have never been lubricated, I've just cleaned them out very thoroughly to keep the drain channels clear. I read that white lithium synthetic grease is the recommended lube, but would apply very sparingly.
