Sunday 8/14 Mountain Bike Ride 9:30am

Anyone welcome. It has been way to many years since I biked up to Manzano Lookout Tower. So doing it Sunday Morning. I plan be at the trailhead off of Hwy 337 around 9:30am.

The trails have changed a bit but my planed route is:
Manzano Lookout - Google Maps

I will be monitoring 146.46 prior to departure.

Already got plans to ride at the ski area, got a pass that I need to use...

But some other time!

Was considering doing a moon light ride at White Mesa tonight (full moon) but it looks like the clouds are taking over.

Valles Caldera Preserve also has a moonlight event tonight. Was gong to do it but as you said, clouds.

Just came home from Cruise the Caldera. 37 miles. I'm beat. Sorry, no MTB for Pappy tomorrow.

That is way into kirtland...i haven't heard of mp's hassling anyone but they never technically reopened it.and at one point last year they were giving major grief...

That being said,i love coming back down otero canyon... Enjoy!

I haven't had any problems with the mps this summer.

Cedro is also nice this time of the year. Maybe a little soggy though right now.
