I have an Aukey DR02D. It's what I would recommend, but it's discontinued.

Focus on reliability over features. I had a 1440p dash cam with better specs than the DR02D. Turned out that it reset its settings every time it was turned off, so it stopped loop recording, so I was effectively without a dash cam for three months without realizing it. The DR02D is "only" 1080p, but it's been absolutely reliable.
