While I was under the LX today greasing the prop shaft I noticed that there was a lot of grease with dirt caked on from what I imagine was a busted cv boot that flung grease on portion of the LCA and a little past that on the underside of the chassis.

Can you recommended some cleaning product that will help get this stuff off?

Elbow grease and rags.

Our reliance on chemicals and machines is pathetic ;)

Ever changed a diaper? Can't be worse than that.

I would leave it there. Free sound insulation.

There ya go.

Saw this in an 'ad' when looking at disposable diapers:

^^^^

Is that how much POOP it would hold......? ;)

you should see the caked on grime though it's NASTY

Just take it someplace and have them steam clean the undercarriage. You'll love how it looks and it provides a clean slate for locating leaks.
