Just had my manifolds back from the machine shop. The intake and exhaust were loosely bolted together while I re-attached them to the 2F with a nice new gasket. The last bolts to tighten were the 5 connector bolts (3 upper and 2 lower) that hold the intake and exhaust together. 3 uppers were just fine. But the last bolt underneath wouldn't tighten up. I pulled the bolt out and found rings of aluminum around the bolt threads.... Took the other lower bolt out of its hole to see if it would bite, but no luck. Now I'm not sure I can even get the good one tight again in its original hole.

Is there any way to work this out or have I just ruined my intake manifold and wasted hours of work?
