Strange starting issue...it starts just very hard (1 Viewer)

Not a hard start like what you're probably thinking. When I turn the key it turns over, maybe for 1 second then starts but lately it seems to start almost violently. Like I can feel the truck move a little. It just feels different than before. instead of just rumbling to life its more like hard romp to life if that makes sense.

Is this indicative of anything?

The rear diff.

I tacked my bumper mounts with the battery still connected. By i wasn't welding TO the frame and I had my ground clamp like 6 in away on my work piece. Just welded 2 little tacks on each side. Dunno if that maybe affected the starter or battery?
