Hi, everyone, it's me again,

My '85 FJ60 has been burning oil nonstop since the day I bought it. It's like, really bad. All of my cylinders are around 150 psi of compression, PCV is working properly, and I am not sure why it is burning an excessive amount of oil. If I really step on it leaving from a traffic light, it will literally blind the driver behind me. Any help is appreciated.

If the cylinder head valve stem oil seals are shot, it'll burn oil like there's no tomorrow

Do you have a big cloud of blue smoke behind you?

what are you running for oil?

Really smokey after cold start or after idleing at lights sounds like seals are bad.
Less likely to be piston rings .
as for replacing the seals, there are ways of doing it without removing the head . "rope trick" for example.
Also if the oil gets really dirty quickly it can point to bad piston rings.

You could have good compression rings and bad oil scrapers or a bad oil scraper in one cylinder.

But I think the stem seals are more likely

I am not sure what oil it is, but I know it is the factory spec. Leads me to believe it is the seals in cyl #2. Always have to clean oil and grime off of that spark plug
