Well, I was trying to get in touch with Stockton Wheel about making a set of steelies for my 40 project, but it looks like they're no longer in business. Damn....

I spoke to a couple of other wheel companies near them, and they confirmed that Stockton closed.

Any other suggestions on where I can get Tundra / 4Runner / FJCruiser steelies in 16", with the correct backspacing?

Bummer about Stockton!

City racer wheels or 70 series steel wheels will work for your 40 as well.

I run the 17x7.5 fj cruiser wheels.
Are you running spacers behind them? If I recall correctly, B/S on those wheels is a good bit more than the stock 40, but I could be wrong.

I hadn't really considered the 17's, but I do like the way they look on your rig.

No spacers.

Balton Classic Wheels did my 40 wheels 20 + years ago, never had issues, always balanced with new tires. They did a great job, they are a very small ole school shop.

I called them several weeks ago to widen another set. The new quote was $130.00 a wheel, ha ha, my first set was $55.
