Unfortunately my digital camera is at school but I just looked at them and there is NO rust what so ever, and with some elbow greese they would look as good as new. I believe they are 8 inch, not sure on the BS, but they are stock.

If these are stock 'Cruiser wheels they'll be 15x6 with a 3 1/2" backspace.
