stock stat replacement question

Just got off the phone with the local Napa and they told me I had a choice of the stock 180 degree stat or the 190 degree replacement. I live in the midwest and basically onlyu drive the thing on nice sunny days. Any advice as to which one is best for my cruiser.

By the way, this one is a bone stock 1975 fj40.

I run the 190. Not a huge difference, but it gives a little better heat output when you're running the open truck in cold weather. We get some pretty cold weather up in the Cascades even during the summer.
