I noticed whe the po bypassed heaters they passed up the oil cooler as well. It has a hole in it. Do I need new o-rings or anything to swap the one from my other truck? Can the one with the hole in it be sottered like a radiator? I think that would also help my operating temp to drop.
 
I would recommend replacing the cooler rather then attempting to fix it. It would be a good idea to put in new old rings in the rear and crush washers in the front to prevent it from leaking. The Toypta part #'s are posted below.

Thanks I'll get that swapped soon as toyota gets my parts. Had to do the clutch fan last night, mine died on the trail yesterday.
