Hey I'm pretty much a newbie with the offroad scene.
I just joined the LSLC sent my dues in yesterday:)
I'm heading over to Barnwell since I live in North East Dallas (Sachse/Wylie) area.
It shouldn't be too long of a drive.
What do u think is the highest trail rating that I should attempt in a stock 99?
Any specific trail suggestions?

thanks for your advice,

Stewbo

If you're going by yourself, I'd stick to twos and maybe some threes like Clyde's Ravine. Remove any low hanging stuff that'll get torn up like running boards and maybe the spare. I'm thinking mainly about stock 80's, I can't remember how 100's are setup.

Have fun!

Hey, do you have someone going with you? Give us a call and we can possibly go with you and even guide for the :princess: trails. We both drive stockers (1970 40 and 1994 80). We live about 15 minutes away.

Sweet!!
I just need to get the rest of my recovery stuff in.
I bought a recovery strap and dshackle receiver bracket.:)
Thinking about buying a high-lift jack.

I'm looking at maybe the Dec 17th weekend.:bounce:

What'd I tell you about those running boards?

J/K :flipoff2:

Glad you had fun. Wheeling stock trucks is cool. Especially when they're as nice as that. Make sure you come back out in January for the Jamboree.

Yeah I need an excuse to get some Slee sliders!:D
