I can’t get these bolts out to put my new deflector on any ideas? do I need to get inside the back? Just got her back today :))

Somebody probably sealed them in to keep the water out. Hopefully that somebody was of the silicon sealant persuasion and not one of those JB weld types.

Maybe try to head the head up a bit with a lighter (don't damage the paint) and give it a crank?

They will spin but won’t come out

The rivnuts have broken loose. See if you can grab them with some vice grips from the inside?

X2 on the rivnuts spinning.
problem will be getting pliers in there to hold them
next problem will be needing to set new rivnuts in place to secure the new brackets.
