I am installing a new instrument cluster in my '73 FJ40. I am using Stewart Warner guages. My question is do I use a right hand or left hand fuel sender for my stock front fuel tank? Thanks

Not quite sure what is right-hand vs left hand?

Just need to make sure the Ohm ratings on the fuel gauge match the settings on the fuel sender.

I used an AutoMeter universal sender, which is 240ohn full, 33ohm empty, which matches 240/33 on my Sunpro gauge in my instrument cluster.

This was for my aux tank, and I did some install pics on a recent thread, you can search for my name and "sender" and it should pop up.

Good luck..
