Anyone have any sources or ideas for wiring speakers out of the rain or waterproof speakers. I'm going to switch out stereos and put one with iPod adapter in and want some decent sound. Nothing to crazy.

I have a pair of marine Infinity 6x9s that I'm happy with. I have a storage deck in the rear. The speakers and amp are mounted in a panel at a 45 degree angle in front of the rear wheel wells. The only wires coming out from the panel are for power and the iPod, which comes directly up through the center console.

i have some JL audio TR 525 -CXi with boxes that fit in the rear corners. will not fit with my soft top bows and am willing to part with them. where are u in oregon ?

Thanks for the idea. I saw a pretty sweet post also where someone had an amp wired with no receiver just a hook up for the iPod.
