Steering wobble in reverse (1 Viewer)

Im looking at a 1991 fj80, it looks ok, but when I was backing it up into its spot at the dealership, the steering kind of wobbled or pulsed. It only happened in reverse. What is this? Thanks

Want to help out, but I could not say w/o knowing what the "wobble" or "pulse" was like or physically seeing the vehicle. It could be any number of things, from very simple to very complex. But, from the info provided (or that could possibly be provided) its hard to say.
