Steering rack replacement needed? Need opinion (1 Viewer)

I have some floatiness when going over some bigger bumps on the freeway. Recently replaced the shocks. Took a video that shows what seems like an awful lot of movement when moving the sides of the tire back and forth. Maybe 1/4 cup of fluid came out of the driver side boot when I pulled it back to inspect the tie rod end. Tie rod end seems tight compared to another video I saw. Any suggestions on a solution?

Thank you! I think I read that two of the three bushing are not available from Toyota, so I ordered the whiteline W13210 poly kit.
